Latin Dance Instructor Wanted! Salsa • Merengue • Bachata
Do you love Latin music, movement, and sharing the joy of dance? We’re looking for an energetic, inspiring Latin Dance Instructor to lead Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata classes on Thursday evenings for youth and teens/adults.
Schedule

Thursday evenings
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Youth Class (Ages 9–12 or 13–18)
8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Adults
Responsibilities

Teach fun, engaging, and age-appropriate Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata classes
Create a welcoming, high-energy environment that encourages confidence and expression
Adapt instruction for beginners through more experienced dancers
Foster a love of dance, rhythm, and Latin culture
Qualifications

Experience teaching Latin dance styles (Salsa, Merengue, Bachata required)
Strong classroom management skills for youth and teens
Enthusiastic, reliable, and professional demeanor
Ability to connect with dancers of different ages and skill levels
Compensation & Type

Starting at $50 per hour
Negotiable based on experience
