area: Licensed P&C Agent. Allstate at Planet Ford is looking for a full‑time Sales Producer of retail insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella. Candidates must be self‑motivated, efficient with selling and quoting, and have an excellent phone voice and demeanor, along with excellent communication and written skills, a positive attitude, and a healthy work ethic. We offer a base salary plus commission.

Duties May Typically Include

Cross‑selling existing customers with other Allstate products

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals

Generating quotes

Conducting policy reviews & updating policies

Processing payments & reporting claims

Providing excellent customer service

Relationship building

Other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

Licensed P&C Agent

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

Computer literate

Confident, self‑starter who works well independently

Ability to multi‑task

Love for sales

Organized

Bi‑lingual in Spanish is a plus

Works well with others in a small office environment

Positive attitude

Strong work ethic
