Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of paid digital marketing experience to join our team. This is a hands‑on marketing role for someone who loves both strategy and execution. You will own paid digital media from end‑to‑end, develop the strategy, build campaigns in the native platforms, manage all platforms, optimize performance, analyze results and present recommendations. We're looking for someone with recent experience personally building, optimizing and managing digital campaigns, not just leading teams or agency partners.

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements

5+ years of experience leading paid digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms, using digital analytics/attribution tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, reporting tools)

Skilled in collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including software developers/technical teams on tracking, tagging, and measurement implementation

Experienced with managing agency partners and holding them accountable to performance

Experienced with audience segmenting, targeting, creative A/B testing, and performance optimization

Ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations

Responsibilities

Develop, lead and manage performance‑driven paid digital marketing strategies across channels for Lettuce and our restaurants to drive measurable business results in partnership with individual restaurant, brand, festival and event marketing teams.

Partner with various internal and external agencies to ensure effective, data‑informed digital marketing efforts, aligned with company growth and other strategic goals.

Define campaign objectives, audience strategies and KPIs tied directly to business outcome.

Manage digital campaign performance and lead comprehensive post‑campaign analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations across key business metrics.

Oversee planning, activation, testing and optimization of campaigns including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic advertising and other relevant channels.

Ensure proper tagging, pixels, conversion tracking and data flows across websites, ecommerce, loyalty platforms and mobile experience.

Research and evaluate emerging and evolving digital marketing tools, platforms and industry trends (including learning and responsibly testing with AI).

Provide corporate digital marketing forecast and budget planning data, projections and other inputs based on historical performance and growth target.

Model and promote teamwork across all team.

Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy.

Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed.

Occasionally retrieve and distribute files or office supplies weighing up to 10 pounds.
