Digital Communications Coordinator

Digital Communications Coordinator (part time – 6 months)
Hours : 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, generally 9am to 5pm. Some work on Tuesdays or Thursdays, with other days agreed. Out‑of‑hours work may be required for social media rota; time in lieu will be provided.

Contract : Six‑month fixed‑term contract.

Location : Head Office, Centrum, Norwich Research Park. Work from other Big C premises or public events may be required from time to time.

About the role
You will create and publish engaging content across our digital channels, telling inspiring stories and keeping our communications fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Plan and deliver social media content

Manage day‑to‑day social media activity and engagement

Write content for digital, email and print communications

Produce newsletters and email campaigns using Mailchimp

Create case studies that showcase the impact of Big C’s services

About you

Experience in social media management and digital marketing

Excellent writing, copywriting and proofreading skills

Experience creating content for different audiences and channels

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent IT and digital platform skills

A creative, proactive and collaborative approach

Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, Sprout Social, or Canva is an advantage

Experience within the charity sector is advantageous
