Stage Manager - Landmark Credit Union Live

Job Summary

Live Nation Entertainment, a leading live entertainment company, is seeking a Stage Manager to coordinate and execute all on‑stage and loading dock operations for concerts and events. The role ensures communication between Venue Production Manager, touring team, client, and vendors, and oversees stage activity for smooth load‑ins/outs and on‑time performances.
Responsibilities

Communicate event details to venue production crew and relevant in‑house departments.
Manage members of the venue production team and stagehands.
Ensure touring and client needs are met with required venue items.
Supervise load‑in and load‑out of band and rental equipment.
Document accidents, incidents, and disciplinary issues for the production crew and report actions back to the Production Manager.
Execute settlements per contract with artists post‑show as directed by the Production Manager.
Enforce all in‑house policies regarding staging, safety, and show protocol.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of tour and stage production experience.
Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience managing a team of 5+ individuals.
Strong decision‑making skills with limited information.
Computer literate in Windows applications.
Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Preferred

College degree.
Physical Demands / Working Environment

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
