Sans Serif (sansserif.com), a Northern California-based graphic design studio, is seeking a mid-level designer for remote contract/freelance work. We're looking for someone with at least four years of experience in digital visual design/UI for complex, large-scale B2B corporate client projects.
This creative professional is a conceptual, strategic thinker who consistently demonstrates a strong aptitude for creating simple communications and meaningful design. Experience working within major B2B Fortune 50/100-level brands (particularly in technology, software, medical or finance) is a major plus.
The majority of our work is done in Figma, so fluency in that software is critical. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is also important.
We prioritize candidates in US Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones, though this is a preference rather than a hard requirement.
We’re committed to building a freelance network that reflects a range of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. We encourage applicants from communities that are underrepresented in design.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We know good design is informed by a diversity of perspectives and lived experiences. What we create has a stronger user experience and leads to a more equitable society when created by a diverse team. We also know the field of design, like many fields, is unfortunately lacking in diverse voices. We hope to help amplify the voices of BIPOC, queer, disabled, and other underrepresented and underserved groups, and we strongly encourage you to apply if you identify with any of these groups.
