Engagement Manager I – Responsible for executing industry‑leading B2C sales of cochlear implant technology in the North Florida & Orlando territory. Must reside in the territory.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Must reside in North Florida or Orlando territory.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time with overnight stays and weekends.

Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Background in hearing health sales preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

2–3 years of relevant experience.

Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

Current and valid driver’s license.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Execute complex sales techniques to achieve territory sales revenue targets.

Serve as the expert on Cochlear products for candidates and professional partners.

Develop and execute local consumer marketing and candidate nurture strategies.

Plan and participate in candidate growth events, community relationships, and support programs.

Provide candidate communication via in‑person, virtual, email, or phone.

Report issues through the Cochlear complaint management system.

Show strong sales and business acumen, identify market opportunities, and secure orders.

Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities in compliance with Cochlear policies.

Collaborate with B2B teammates to educate and build relationships with audiologists, schools, and other stakeholders.

Coordinate candidate educational events, evaluation days, and awareness events.

Provide market intelligence and competitive information to support sales strategies.

Manage territory expenses, allocate resources, and develop strategic plans.

Desired Skills

Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite and web‑based applications.

Ability to work and adapt in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Total Rewards

Target salary $70,000–$75,000 based on experience with competitive annual commission.

Physical & Mental Demands
The role requires prolonged stationary sitting and standing, use of business technology, and occasional transportation of up to 30 pounds.
