Engagement Manager, Los Angeles area (Hearing Health)
Candidates must be located in the Los Angeles territory and be willing to travel up to 60% of the time with overnight stays and weekends. Preference is given to candidates with a hearing health background.

The Engagement Manager will execute industry‑leading B2C medical device sales, driving territory strategy to achieve annual sales revenue targets for Cochlear in the Los Angeles region.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Los Angeles territory sales strategy and serve as the expert on Cochlear products for candidates and professional partners.

Develop and execute local consumer marketing and candidate nurture strategies, including planning and executing candidate growth events and community relationships.

Provide candidate communication via in‑person, virtual, email, and phone channels, explaining device features and Cochlear services.

Report issues through the Cochlear complaint management system and follow up for closure.

Demonstrate sales and business acumen, identify market opportunities, and maintain compliance with Cochlear policies, laws, and regulations.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders—candidates, audiologists, surgeons, scheduling coordinators, and volunteers.

Manage territory expenses, allocate resources, and assist in quarterly strategic planning.

Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in Salesforce and other sales tools.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

2–3 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Current, valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time with overnight stays and weekends.
