Director - Corporate & Securities Counsel

Cardinal Health's Legal Department seeks a director-level attorney focusing on securities reporting and corporate matters. You will provide legal counsel to Cardinal Health’s corporate function across all aspects of securities work.
You will help prepare SEC filings, advise on disclosure, governance, executive compensation, and guide strategic transactions. This role requires JD, bar license, and 4–7 years experience; travel may be required.
