Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Strategic Accounts to own relationships with our largest enterprise clients and drive revenue growth. This quota-carrying role blends expansion with selective new-logo development, partnering with Sales leadership and Customer teams to secure executive sponsorship and alignment across Cornerstone products.
You will cultivate C-level relationships, map account plans, forecast ARR, and lead executive reviews.
