Chief Digital Growth Leader - DTC & Ecommerce

Frankies Bikinis is seeking a VP of Digital to lead our digital growth engine across ecommerce, performance marketing, lifecycle, and site experience. You will own the digital P&L, guide a 9-person team, and partner with the CEO on revenue targets and budgets.
You will shape the roadmap, drive CRO/A/B testing, optimize the customer journey, and manage budgets for a high-growth DTC brand with a hybrid work model.
