Marketing & Photo Sample Coordinator

AG Jeans is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Marketing + Photo Sample Coordinator to oversee the tracking, organization, and movement of all seasonal samples across photo, marketing, and retail initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time—supporting e-commerce, editorial shoots, events, and in‑store needs. This person will act as a central hub between cross‑functional teams, managing a high volume of samples while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication throughout the process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, keeping complex processes running smoothly while supporting the creative and marketing engine of a modern denim brand.

Key Responsibilities

Track, organize, and manage 300+ seasonal samples across all categories

Coordinate sample handoff to photo teams for e-commerce and editorial shoots, ensuring all assets are complete and on schedule

Manage sample trafficking for marketing initiatives, including events, press, and gifting

Coordinate sample sends to retail locations for mannequin styling and in‑store presentation

Serve as liaison between Production, Product Development, and Design to procure and prioritize samples for shoots and marketing needs

Maintain accurate records of sample status, location, and availability at all times

Ensure timely returns, organization, and upkeep of all samples between uses

Identify gaps or delays in sample readiness and proactively communicate solutions

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a fashion, retail, or production environment

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage a high volume of samples and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced setting

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally

Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a sense of urgency

Familiarity with sample tracking systems or inventory tools is a plus
