Benefits Documentation & Compliance Specialist

CVS Health is seeking a specialist to translate complex benefit information into clear, compliant plan language for self-funded plans. You will analyze, draft, edit and review legal plan documents (SPDs, plan amendments, SBCs) and ensure alignment with federal and state laws.
Required qualifications include 1-2 years of plan writing, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook. Associates degree or equivalent experience.
