Are you ready to be part of life’s most extraordinary moments? We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate Labor & Delivery Technician to join our dynamic care team—where every shift brings new beginnings.

Responsibilities

Serve as the

scrub person and surgical assistant

during labor and delivery procedures

Assist the RN as an

assistant circulator

across a wide range of patient populations—from newborns to adults

Provide hands‑on support in both routine and emergency situations

Cross‑train as a

Patient Care Technician , stepping in to deliver exceptional care when deliveries are not in progress

PRN Status Clause
PRN, or “as‑needed,” means you are not guaranteed a fixed schedule or hours. You work when needs exist in the schedule. You must be available to work at least 12 hours every two weeks (bi‑weekly minimum) as specified in your PRN Commitment Agreement. Your actual hours will depend on department needs, not a set schedule. You may be asked to pick up extra shifts to cover gaps (e.g., call‑outs or shortages). Your total hours can vary—some weeks you might work more, some less.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited

Surgical Technologist program

(Technical College or equivalent)

Surgical Technologist Certification

mandatory for graduates after 2008

Basic Life Support (BLS)

certification through the American Heart Association

OB Scrub Experience Required

A calm, focused presence and a passion for patient‑centered care
