Full Time

TrendAI™, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, empowers organizations with full AI visibility and consolidated security that inspires confidence, drives innovation, and eliminates risk.

At TrendAI™, we’re always seeking exceptional talent; people who want to collaborate with the best and push boundaries together. Here, your work goes beyond building a career. You will help protect what matters and play a vital role in shaping a safer, more trustworthy AI-powered future.

AI Fearlessly.

Role Summary
TrendAI is Trend Micro's enterprise AI security brand — and the AI Security Brief podcast, influencer council, and partner-centric press program are its primary engines for building credibility with CISOs and security leaders. This role exists to keep those engines running. The Content & Influencer Marketing Coordinator handles the operational and production layer across podcast, influencer, and content‑promotion work, freeing the communications and marketing lead to focus on strategy, senior stakeholder relationships, and editorial direction. This person is detail‑oriented, fast‑moving, and comfortable working across a roster of external partners — podcast guests, influencers, journalists, and vendors.

Core Responsibilities
Podcast production support

Own the run‑of‑show document for each podcast episode — drafting from template, incorporating guest research, and managing revisions through final sign‑off

Coordinate guest logistics: scheduling, pre‑interview prep materials, recording tech checks, post‑recording follow‑up

Prepare host prep cards for the show's hosts, including guest background, suggested questions, and talking‑point flags

Manage the episode publication workflow: work with the audio‑production vendor, upload to the hosting platform, update episode‑page copy and metadata, confirm RSS/Spotify/Apple distribution

Collaborate with the social team to draft and schedule LinkedIn promotion for each episode — brand‑account, host, and guest‑specific copy

Track episode performance metrics (downloads, listen‑through, LinkedIn engagement) and compile them into a monthly reporting dashboard

Influencer program coordination

Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for influencer partners on deliverable timelines, content reviews, and asset exchange

Maintain the influencer deliverables tracker — due dates, review status, publish dates, performance capture

Coordinate content‑review cycles: route influencer drafts to internal reviewers, consolidate feedback, confirm final approval before publication

Support webinar and co‑marketing activations: logistics, run‑of‑show coordination, registration setup, and post‑event recap

Build and maintain influencer briefing documents, profile decks, and co‑marketing one‑pagers from templates

Content promotion & campaign execution

Execute organic social promotion across LinkedIn for podcast episodes and influencer content — drafting copy, sourcing or coordinating assets, scheduling

Maintain the editorial calendar across podcast and influencer activations in alignment with campaign goals and market‑leadership themes — flagging content gaps or overlaps

Coordinate with design and/or brand on asset production (episode cards, promotional graphics, influencer‑kit materials)

Assist with website content updates: episode pages, host bios, and news/blog entries aligned to press activity

Operations & reporting

Maintain and organize shared project workspaces (Google Drive, Confluence, or equivalent) — templates, assets, contact lists, performance data

Build and update recurring reports for the Influencer & Podcast lead and broader marketing leadership: podcast KPIs, influencer deliverable status, press‑coverage summary

Flag scheduling risks, external‑partner delays, and delivery blockers proactively — own the resolution on operational issues, elevate strategic ones

Qualifications
Required

2–4 years in marketing, communications, content production, or influencer/partner‑program coordination

Hands‑on experience with podcast or video production workflows — not necessarily technical audio editing, but owning the pre‑/post‑production process

Strong written communication skills; able to draft LinkedIn posts, briefing docs, and run‑of‑show copy without heavy editing

Highly organized with strong project‑management instincts — you track details others miss and elevate the right things

Comfortable managing external partners and vendors with professionalism and follow‑through

Familiar with B2B content marketing; understands the CISO/security audience or is a fast learner in technical domains

Preferred

Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise tech, or AI‑adjacent sectors

Familiarity with podcast platforms (Spotify for Podcasters, Apple Podcasts Connect, Buzzsprout/Transistor/similar)

Experience with influencer or partner‑marketing programs, including deliverable tracking and content review

Working knowledge of LinkedIn organic strategy and scheduling tools

SEO/GEO awareness — comfortable with metadata, episode descriptions, and web‑copy optimization

Experience with Confluence or comparable project/content‑management tools
