Regional Sales Director, TAVR Growth & Leadership

Jenavalve Technology Inc. seeks a Director of Regional Sales for the U.S. East or West to lead a field-based sales team with 50–75% travel. You will drive commercial execution, support clinical adoption of transcatheter therapies, and build relationships with physicians and hospital leaders.
You will recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team while achieving revenue targets and expanding account adoption in a dynamic early-stage environment.
