Global Head - End-User Experience & Digital Workplace

Nexteer Automotive in Auburn Hills seeks a proven global leader to own the end-user digital experience and the cross-functional EUC and ITSM programs. This role mentors student workers and partners with the CIO to align technology with workforce productivity and customer outcomes.
You will define the EUX framework, set metrics, lead a distributed team across regions, govern Microsoft 365 and licensing, and drive continuous improvement through voice of the customer insights.
