Seeking Touring Production Musicians -- The Music Man
Big League Productions (BLP) seeks submissions for

Musicians

to play the upcoming 2026 national tour extension of THE MUSIC MAN.

Roles include:

Reed 2*, Keys 2/Assistant Music Director**

THE MUSIC MAN will play mostly split-week engagements, with a handful of one-night performances. The tour also has a few layoff weeks sprinkled throughout the itinerary.

COMPENSATION:
Starting salary: $700 / week
Hotel: Shared hotel room
Per Diem: $45 / day

EXPERIENCE:
* Reed 2 will play Flute, Bb Clarinet, Eb Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, and Soprano Saxophone.
** This person will also have to cover the MD – and thus play the piano book and lead the orchestra – during tech rehearsal at various points, so Piano/MD experience is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BLP seeks strong team players, with the ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail is also of utmost importance.
Previous touring experience, while not mandatory, is preferred.
