Entry-Level Marketing Assistant - Houston

Aegon Consulting Group works with growing brands to support customer acquisition through face-to-face promotional marketing campaigns. As we are continuing to grow, we’re looking for team members who are ready to learn, make a difference, and develop across multiple areas of the business.

This is an entry-level position designed for career starters. No prior experience is required—training is provided.

What you’ll be doing:

Representing clients in face to face marketing campaigns

Engaging with customers and building brand awareness and answering questions

Building sales, communication, and interpersonal skills

Supporting the client manager on daily basis and team operations

Development and Training:
We operate a structured management development process, where individuals are cross-trained in multiple areas of the business, including:

Customer acquisition and sales fundamentals including KPI tracking

Training and developing others including workshops, classes and side by side training

Team leadership and development of others, including critical conversations

Advancement is based on performance, consistency, and development across the departments above.
