Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Manager, Professional Promotion – CAPLYTA, Neuroscience to be located in Titusville, NJ.

Our Neuroscience team tackles the world’s toughest brain health challenges including multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, myasthenia gravis, epilepsy, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and autism. This patient-focused team helps address some of the most complex diseases of our time.

The Product Manager will work with the Product Director, Professional Promotion to design and execute healthcare professional engagement strategies that support CAPLYTA across Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Bipolar Depression (BPD). This role will lead speaker bureau strategy and execution, peer‑to‑peer engagement programs, and thought leader interactions that support brand objectives and customer engagement. In addition, the Product Manager will support development and execution of professional promotion initiatives, customer engagement platforms, and field‑facing resources designed to enhance HCP adoption and brand performance. The Product Manager will report to the Group Product Director for KOL Development and Engagement and will serve as a core member of the brand team.

Responsibilities & Areas of Focus
Speaker Bureau Leadership

Responsible for coordinated and effective execution of CAPLYTA speaker bureau activities, including speaker recruitment, onboarding, training, and program execution.

Partner with Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, and field teams to optimize speaker engagement and utilization.

Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance impact, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

Peer‑to‑Peer Engagement

Develop and pull through innovative peer‑to‑peer engagement platforms and tactics.

Lead execution of live, virtual, and hybrid educational programs aligned with customer needs and brand priorities.

Effectively manage and provide guidance to agency partners supporting speaker programs and peer‑to‑peer initiatives.

Thought Leader Engagement and Insights

Maintain and foster relationships with critical thought leaders and advocacy partners to advance future needs of the brand.

Gather and share insights on market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics through regular interactions with healthcare professionals and thought leaders.

Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations that inform brand strategy and execution.

Professional Promotion

Support development and execution of professional promotion initiatives and resources that enable effective customer engagement.

Partner closely with field teams to identify opportunities to enhance brand execution and customer experience.

Support key congress, advisory board, and customer engagement activities as appropriate.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, HCC, Learning Excellence, Sales, and Operations partners to deliver compliant and effective programs.

Lead agency partners to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with business objectives.

Serve as a core contributor to brand planning and execution.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.

A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program.

Experience with project management and experience in field sales preferred.

Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.

Psychiatry and/or mental health experience preferred.

Experience with working with and developing strong relationships with KOLs strongly preferred.

Demonstrated marketing proficiency, project management and executive communication skills required along with demonstrated presentation skills.

Proven ability to influence without authority and drive impactful cross‑functional collaboration in large groups.

A demonstrated ability to be proactive, work within a team environment, and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required.

Must be innovative, proactive, and have excellent business acumen.

Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time preferred.

Experience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted, responsible AI use and sound judgment in applying AI‑enabled insight preferred.

Travel Requirements
This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 20% domestic travel.

Pay & Benefits
Anticipated base pay range: $102,000.00 - $177,100.00.

Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
