Program Coordinator (CWSS) – Corinth

Location: Corinth, Maine

Program Coordinator Responsibilities

Supervise direct care professionals including hiring, training, evaluating and managing performance, providing supervision and safety according to agency policies and procedures.

Work closely with the program manager and client’s team to ensure clients receive the highest standards of care.

Perform direct care responsibilities and must be available for on-call duties.

Ensure that all client charts are up to date using the agency’s electronic medical record system.

Schedule and notify staff for training and maintain compliance with QA department for all personnel related issues.

Ensure required reports including monthly fire drills, safety checklists, and weekly progress notes are completed in a timely manner.

Program Coordinator Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience supervising and leading a team preferred. Must have completed or have the ability to complete the following trainings/certifications: MHRT-1 or provisional, CPR/First Aid, Medication Certification (CRMA), MANDT, MHSS and all other required agency trainings.

Must have valid Maine driver’s license and insured, reliable transportation.

Computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, electronic medical records system, e‑mail and internet.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Upon hire and periodically thereafter, must comply with Penquis background check requirements with satisfactory results as outlined in current contract provisions.

The rate of pay for this position is $22.12-$30.96 per hour.
