Website Building Specialist

About the Role
Site Building Specialists assists in bringing each website to life and giving general support to the office as a whole. Using WordPress, the Site Building Specialist builds out new websites, using pre-approved content from a web content writer, and building the site to look like the pre-approved designs created by a graphic designer. The Site Building Specialist is also responsible for general office assistance and cleanliness.

Essential Job Functions

Uses the custom built CMS to create pages of website

Efficiently produce digital layouts by inserting content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, into pre-designed templates for various digital platforms.

Adds the pre-approved content (images and text) into the components to build website on staging environment

Make content updates to live sites

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to gather layout production requirements and execute on production tasks.

Carry out administrative duties such as scanning, copying, etc.

Manage multiple layout production projects simultaneously, meet project deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.

Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

Proficiency in content management tools and platforms, such as WordPress.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

High attention to detail and organized

Willingness to collaborate with other departments

Self-Motivated with excellent time management skills

General awareness of UX/UI principles

Critical thinking skills

Note: Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work schedule and all employees are required to be in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday).
