About The Role
Position Summary
Site Building Specialists assists in bringing each website to life and gives general support to the office as a whole. Using WordPress, the Site Building Specialist builds out new websites, using pre-approved content from the web content writer, and builds the site to look like the pre-approved designs created by the graphic designer. The Site Building Specialist is also responsible for general office assistance and cleanliness.

Essential Job Functions

Creates pages of a website using the custom-built CMS.

Efficiently produces digital layouts by inserting content—including text, images, and multimedia elements—into pre-designed templates for various digital platforms.

Adds the pre-approved content (images and text) into the components to build the website on the staging environment.

Makes content updates to live sites.

Collaborates with designers, content creators, and developers to gather layout production requirements and execute production tasks.

Carries out administrative duties such as scanning and copying.

Manages multiple layout production projects simultaneously, meets project deadlines, and maintains high-quality standards.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

Proficiency in content management tools and platforms, such as WordPress.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Highly organized with an eye for detail.

Willingness to collaborate with other departments.

Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

General awareness of UX/UI principles.

Critical thinking skills.

Please note: Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work schedule and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday).
