Job Overview
We're looking for a commercially curious Specialist, Global Campaigns to join our e‑Commerce and DTC team. This is a hands‑on role supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue across our direct‑to‑consumer channels worldwide. This role will work at the intersection of trading, content, and performance — helping turn the global commercial calendar into well‑executed, data‑driven campaigns that deliver against growth targets. You'll collaborate across markets and functions, bringing a blend of creative thinking and analytical rigor to your work.

Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution

Support the planning and execution of global DTC campaigns across key promotional moments, seasonal peaks, and always‑on activity.

Help translate the global commercial trading calendar into clear, timely campaign briefs that align messaging, offers, and channels.

Coordinate campaign timelines, asset delivery, and stakeholder sign‑off to keep execution running smoothly across markets and touchpoints.

Work with performance marketing, CRM, social, and content teams to deliver integrated, multi‑channel campaigns.

Trading & Commercial Focus

Work closely with the eCommerce trading team to align campaigns with stock availability, pricing strategy, and margin targets.

Help maintain the promotional calendar, keeping pricing, discounts, and partner activations accurate across markets.

Help identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and product bundling.

Performance & Optimization

Monitor and report on campaign performance against KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost.

Support the testing and optimization of campaigns — trialing messaging, offers, creative, and channel mix to improve results.

Prepare clear, regular performance updates for the wider team.

Collaboration & Process

Work closely with creative, trading, performance, and brand teams to help keep campaigns cohesive and commercially effective across regions.

Contribute to improving campaign workflows, processes, and ways of working to increase team efficiency.

Stay informed on eCommerce trends, competitor campaigns, and platform innovations, sharing ideas with the team.

What You’ll Bring

1–3 years' experience in campaign execution, eCommerce marketing, or a related discipline — ideally within a consumer brand or DTC environment.

A solid working knowledge of the eCommerce and DTC landscape, including promotional planning, digital trading, and channel dynamics.

Ability to support multiple campaigns at once and deliver to deadlines in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment.

A data-driven mindset, with experience interpreting performance data and drawing out useful insights.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across markets and functions.

Commercially curious — motivated by growth targets and energized by finding smarter ways to hit them.

Comfortable using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and campaign management or CRM platforms.

Salary and Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $65,900-$96,700 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Benefits
