Onboarding & Learning Experience Designer

Colville-Fuels-LL is seeking a Training Specialist in Nespelem, WA to design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training initiatives. You will partner with leaders to ensure effective orientation, safety practices, and policy knowledge.
The role requires 3–5 years in training or HR, a relevant degree, and experience with LMS and instructional design principles. Hybrid or in-person delivery may be involved, with occasional travel to worksites.
