Junior Brand Manager

Mfused · Scottsdale, AZ, USA ·

Job type:
Seasonal

MFUSED is a high-growth cannabis brand built by operators, not spectators. We move fast, hold a high bar for quality, and expect the people on our team to bring the same energy to their craft that we bring to building this company. If you want to build brands in an industry that is still being written, this is the place to do it.

The Role
The Jr. Brand Manager is the engine behind MFUSED's campaigns and go-to-market kits — turning a strategic idea into a fully executed launch, from the first creative brief to the post-launch recap. You will work across digital, retail, experiential, and sales channels, coordinating with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to make sure every deliverable lands on time, on brand, and at a high standard.

This role reports into the Brand Marketing team and is built for someone who wants ownership early — someone who can take a campaign idea, build the plan, run the details, and bring it home.

What You’ll Own
Campaigns & Go-To-Market Execution

Own campaigns and Go-To-Market kits from concept through launch and post-launch recap

Take a strategic idea and build it into a comprehensive go-to-market plan — timeline, deliverables, channels, and owners

Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives across digital, retail, experiential, and sales channel

Coordinate launch deliverables across teams and keep every workstream on schedule

Ensure deadlines stay on track without needing reminders from your manager

Creative & Content

Build creative briefs that give agencies and internal creative teams a clear, actionable direction

Draft copy for retail and digital placements, retailer communications, presentations, and campaign summaries — all in MFUSED's brand voice

Assist with the coordination of social calendars and organize content in partnership with the social team

Develop polished marketing materials, presentations, and Go-To-Market kits that are ready to present to internal and external stakeholders

Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners — tracking deliverables, timelines, and project milestones

Work closely with creative teams and agencies to keep projects moving and on-brand

Partner with sales and retail teams to make sure campaign materials and messaging support their needs in-market

Gather information, organize content, and support the development of presentations for leadership and cross-functional partners

Performance & Reporting

Analyze campaign and launch performance and prepare post-launch recaps with key insights, recommendations, and performance metrics

Track what is working and flag what isn’t — early and clearly

Who You Are
You are highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and self-motivated — someone who can take a project and run with it without needing to be micromanaged. You care about quality as much as you care about speed, and you don’t let deadlines slip on your watch.

You take feedback well, adapt quickly when priorities shift, and stay solutions-oriented when things get messy — because in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, they will. You communicate clearly, work well under pressure, and are just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves on a last-minute deliverable as you are presenting a finished Go-To-Market kit to the room.

You are naturally curious, coachable, and always looking to grow. You have strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a genuine passion for building brands — and it shows in the quality of your work.

You bring:

A growth mindset and a genuine curiosity about how brands are built

Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once

Comfort receiving feedback and using it to raise the quality of your work

Resilience and professionalism under pressure

A team-first, collaborative approach — and the ability to take ownership when it counts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience may substitute for a degree

Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles

Required Experience

2+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Product Marketing, or Integrated Marketing

Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while keeping deliverables on time and aligned with brand standards

Experience working with creative teams and agencies

Experience taking a campaign idea or strategic initiative and building it into a comprehensive go-to-market plan, from concept through launch and post-launch recap

Experience presenting ideas or Go-To-Market kits professionally to internal or external stakeholders

Experience supporting new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives across digital, retail, experiential, and sales channels

Experience drafting creative briefs, marketing copy, presentations, and campaign support materials while maintaining a brand’s voice

Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and creative partners by tracking deliverables, timelines, and project milestones

Experience analyzing performance and preparing post-launch recaps with key insights, recommendations, and performance metrics

Experience gathering information, organizing content, and developing polished marketing materials to support presentations

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly and adaptability is essential

Experience in the cannabis industry or another regulated consumer products category

Experience supporting a brand through a competitive, fast-moving retail landscape

Familiarity with retail and dispensary-level marketing execution
