Job Description
The ISO Relationship Manager will grow the Independent Sales Organization (ISO) partner channel across designated regions. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence in ISO lifecycle management—from onboarding to performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Expand ISO partnerships in target markets (e.g., Germany, BeNeLux) to maximize portfolio growth.
Identify new ISO opportunities and manage pipeline development.
Own end-to-end ISO lifecycle: prospecting, onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with commercial and legal agreements.
Drive partner engagement through regular business reviews and performance dashboards.
Oversee unified processes for ISO partners (boarding, API integration, pricing, commissions).
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, GTM, Risk, Ops) for seamless partner experience.
Utilize Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools for deal registration, residual tracking, and enablement.

Technical Competencies
Experience and knowledge of market/payments industry
Knowledge of product marketing and organizational operations – Advantageous
Marketing and business development/sales skills – Essential
Knowledge of technology and payment gateway providers – Advantageous
Well‑developed understanding of sales methodologies – Training will be provided
Knowledge of CRM/IT systems e.g., Salesforce, MS 365, Seismic, Co‑Pilot – Advantageous
Good communication skills across a variety of mediums such as telephone, Teams, in‑person meetings – Essential
Microsoft Office 365
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant experience in merchant acquiring or similar.
English and one of BeNeLux or German languages knowledge at a level allowing business conversations.
