Tinker Federal Credit Union’s HR department is seeking a strategic and innovative AVP/Manager, Talent Management to develop talent, strengthen leadership pipelines, and create exceptional employee experiences. The role influences the future of the workforce through succession management, leadership development, career pathing, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
As the AVP/Manager, Talent Management, you will:
Lead a team of Leadership Development, Career Opportunity, and Talent Management professionals.
Design, implement, and continuously improve TFCU's talent management strategy, including succession planning, career framework, career development planning, performance review framework, and leadership development programs.
Partner with business leaders and HR leadership to identify workforce needs, assess organizational capability, and develop scalable talent management programs that support business objectives.
Develop and implement programs that enhance employee growth, engagement, retention, and internal mobility.
Design and lead succession planning processes to ensure strong leadership pipelines for critical positions.
Utilize workforce analytics, trends, and talent metrics to identify patterns, measure program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development to create comprehensive talent management programs that support TFCU’s long-term success.
Salary and Benefits

This is an exempt position. The salary for this role starts at $131,113; actual placement is determined based on experience and internal equity.
Education and Experience

You must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related HR field. Eight years of related HR, leadership development, or talent management experience are required, with at least one year in a supervisory or senior HR role. Applicable work or military experience may substitute for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by applicable authorities
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP designation is preferred
Executive coaching or related training certifications are preferred
