À titre de Gestionnaire du marketing de campagnes, vous serez responsable de définir les stratégies créatives de campagnes et les campagnes de mise en marché pour notre portefeuille Architecture, ingénierie, construction et exploitation (AECO) dans le marché mondial de l’éducation. Vous contribuerez à élaborer la vision et les plans visant à faire d’Autodesk un partenaire de confiance auprès des étudiants, des éducateurs et des principaux influenceurs, solidement aligné et soutenu par l’industrie. Responsibilities
Responsible for development and production of master campaign deliverables, creative concept and bill of materials defined by strategy brief, ensuring consistency, quality and delivery timelines and partnering with external agencies.
Oversee internal or employee communications strategy based on campaign sizing and relevance.
Skilled at AI prompt design, rapid iteration, and output evaluation.
Collaborate with cross functional teams; Audience Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Strategy, Field Engagement, and Curriculum and Certification to align strategies, desired outcomes, and reporting.
Adopt an audience‑first mindset across every stage of the lifecycle journey and understand the target audience's needs, preferences, behaviors, and demographics to inform content creation that resonates, is relevant, impactful, and engaging.
Develop campaign creative concepts—e.g., theme, look & feel—from ideation through to completion via agency.
Deliver campaigns, assets, and playbook(s) to customer‑facing teams to execute and activate in global markets.
Manage the strategy and development of global nurture campaigns with focus on the first 60 days of our audiences’ post‑download journey and beyond.
Achieve or exceed return on marketing investment success metrics (ROMI), consistently leveraging data‑driven insights to inform decision‑making.
Manage cross‑functional team communication, briefings, and quarterly business updates.
Minimum Qualifications
BA, BS or equivalent degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience developing global marketing campaigns for a large company.
Proficiency with marketing campaign tools (Draftr, Marketo, Airtable, CMT (Salesforce Campaign Management Tool, Allocadia). Data analytics software (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, PowerBI, Fullstory) will be beneficial.
Demonstrated experience using GenAI/ML to accelerate campaign strategy, creative concepting, content variants, audience insights/segmentation, channel optimization, and experimentation design (A/B, multivariate, incrementality).
Proven success influencing large, global, cross‑functional teams from planning to execution.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required to build customer‑facing campaigns, assets, creative briefs, and campaign strategy presentations.

Position Overview

Salary transparency
Le salaire est l'un des éléments du programme de rémunération concurrentiel d'Autodesk. Pour les postes basés au Canada, nous offrons un salaire de base entre $77,000 et $112,200. Le salaire est déterminé selon l'expérience professionnelle et l'emplacement du candidat(e). En plus du salaire de base, notre programme de rémunération peut inclure une prime annuelle, des commissions pour les postes de ventes, des attributions d'actions et un ensemble complet d'avantages sociaux.
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $77,000 and $112,200. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
