Vice President, Paid Media

The Vice President, Paid Media will lead integrated paid media strategies for a diverse portfolio of Brand, Corporate and B2B clients.
Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Leadership: Develop integrated paid media strategies that align with client objectives, audience insights and business goals across digital and traditional channels.
Omnichannel Media Planning: Lead media planning across paid social, search, programmatic, video, out-of-home, broadcast, print and emerging media, ensuring recommendations are grounded in data and tailored to client needs.
Performance & Optimization: Establish measurement frameworks, monitor campaign performance and guide optimization strategies that improve efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Media Partnerships & Innovation: Lead strategic partnerships with media vendors and publishers, evaluating opportunities, emerging technologies and marketplace innovations that strengthen client programs.
Client Leadership & Strategic Counsel: Serve as a senior advisor to clients, presenting media strategies, guiding investment decisions and helping clients navigate an evolving media landscape.
Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.
Business Growth & Capability Development: Contribute to new business efforts, identify opportunities to expand client engagements and help evolve Zeno's paid media capabilities through innovation and thought leadership.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in paid media, media strategy or integrated marketing within an agency or other fast‑paced environment.
Proven success developing integrated media strategies across Brand, Corporate and B2B clients.
Deep understanding of paid media planning across paid social, search, programmatic, video and emerging channels.
Experience managing campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X and Google Ads.
Experience with programmatic display, paid search and cross‑channel media planning.
Familiarity with SEO and content optimization platforms such as BrightEdge, Moz Pro, SEMrush or similar tools.
Strong understanding of media measurement, attribution, optimization and performance analytics.
Experience counseling senior clients, leading presentations and translating complex media strategies into actionable recommendations.
Strong project management and financial stewardship skills, including experience managing budgets and multiple client engagements.
Proven leadership experience, including mentoring team members and leading integrated teams.
Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous learning and delivering measurable client impact.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting e‑commerce or retail media campaigns.
Experience working across integrated communications, public relations and marketing programs.
Experience contributing to new business initiatives or agency thought leadership.
Familiarity with AI‑enabled media planning, optimization or workflow tools.
Compensation

Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000 USD/yr. The range listed is one component of DJEH's total compensation package and may be supplemented with annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy and region‑specific benefits.
