Position Overview
The Digital Promotions Manager plans, executes, and continuously improves digital promotional strategies that increase conversions across the organization’s revenue‑generating platforms. The role translates business goals into campaign plans, prioritizes promotional efforts, and works across teams to deliver measurable results. Accountability includes campaign performance and continuous improvement of conversion outcomes across channels.

Essential Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of digital promotion strategies across revenue‑generating platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions.

Prioritize promotional efforts and campaign calendars based on organizational goals, audience needs, and performance data.

Create product description guidelines and best practices, ensuring all product pages, landing pages, and other elements are optimized.

Ensure platform usability, engagement, and conversion through ongoing evaluation of design, navigation, and content.

Conduct regular reviews of platforms, processes, and team outputs to identify improvement opportunities and enhance overall performance.

Own the design and ongoing optimization of end‑to‑end user journeys.

Develop and oversee compelling promotional content across email, SMS, and other digital channels to align with campaign goals.

Identify new opportunities and drive innovative campaigns across available promotion channels to increase customer acquisition and conversions.

Define campaign setup, workflow, and performance optimization processes to deliver innovative product and event promotions.

Identify and test new approaches to improve campaign performance, including experimentation with channels, messaging, and user experience.

Provide day‑to‑day direction, feedback, and prioritization for team members responsible for promotional campaigns and assets.

Performance and Data Analysis

Apply marketing research and performance data to refine promotional strategies continuously.

Measure and report on campaign and platform performance, including conversion rates and engagement metrics.

Translate data into actionable insights and recommend specific improvements to campaigns, user experience, and promotional strategy.

Collaboration

Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align with organizational and unit goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop targeted, engaging, and personalized promotional content.

Recommend data‑informed improvements to personalization strategies, product and event listings, promotions, and user experience (UI/UX).

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Five years of related experience in planning and executing digital promotional campaigns and/or conversion optimization.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

Critical thinking and reasoning to solve problems.

Strong marketing and promotional skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience utilizing CRM software in digital promotions.

Experience executing promotional campaigns via web, email, and social media.

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Graphic/creative design experience.

HTML experience.
