Teamlead Application Management Operations (m/f/d) at PALFINGER – a global technology and engineering company specializing in crane and lifting solutions. We seek a leader to head the newly established Application Management Operations team within Corporate ICT, driving operational excellence and process innovation within SAP operation modules.

Responsibilities

Disciplinary leadership and development of team members

Implementation of operations requirements within PALFINGER release cycles in close coordination with Process and Data Organisation (PDO)

Optimization of internal and cross‑departmental processes and structures in collaboration with other departments and PDO

Coordination and collaboration with external service providers, including budget monitoring and governance

Qualifications

Completed education (HTL/university degree) in computer science, business administration or equivalent experience

Several years of team‑leadership experience or large‑project management

Implementation knowledge of SAP logistics modules (MM, PP, WM, etc.)

Structured, independent, and conscientious working style

Fluent in English; willingness to travel worldwide up to 20%

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR65.432,36 based on full‑time employment. According to experience and qualification, a market‑conform overpayment may be offered.
