Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Media Manager is one of the leadership roles within the Media Operations & Partnerships team, helping steward a $2B enterprise media investment portfolio across all lines of business. This newly created role partners closely with the in-house media team, agency, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish and oversee the governance, processes, and operating framework that fuel high-value relationships with T-Mobile’s key media partners. Through strong project management and cross-functional coordination, this individual will drive accountability, ensure key initiatives remain on track, and help teams successfully execute against established partnership strategies. The individual will also lead the end-to-end annual endeavor planning process, driving T-Mobile's second-largest enterprise media value initiative behind the Video Upfronts.

Job Responsibilities

Evolve and oversee T-Mobile's media partner management framework, driving consistent adoption, governance, and continuous improvement across the media team.

Steward end-to-end annual endeavor process in collaboration with in-house media and agency, including strategy development, briefing, negotiation, approvals, and ongoing management to maximize enterprise media value.

Partner with the Media Enablement team to modernize media partnership operations by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and scalable workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and consistency.

Develop and manage internal and external partner communication processes that drive timely engagement, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and seamless stakeholder coordination.

Serve as the first point of contact for media partnership inquiries, leveraging a broad understanding of partner relationships, supporting documentation, and stakeholder roles to answer questions, source information, or facilitate connections to the appropriate subject matter experts.

Lead the development of briefs to support partner meetings for senior leaders and executives.

Lead or support cross-functional initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc requests as needed.

Drive quality assurance across media partnership operations, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of key deliverables, processes, and communications.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Required).

Work Experience

7-10 years of media management experience in consumer products; agency media planning experience strongly preferred.

Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, driving alignment and successful execution.

Experience establishing governance, processes, or operating frameworks that improve consistency, accountability, and execution.

Deep understanding of the media landscape, including experience working with media partners to build collaborative relationships that drive business value.

Qualifications

Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence without direct authority, and drive alignment across diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, coordinate multiple workstreams, and ensure successful delivery through strong planning and execution.

Experience developing and implementing governance, processes, and operating frameworks to improve consistency, accountability, and execution.

Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve productivity, simplify processes, and enable more efficient ways of working.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Thrives in evolving environments, embraces change, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve team processes and outcomes.

Base Pay Range: $84,600 - $152,500

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

Employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
