Hybrid, New York, NY (Midtown), 3 days a week in office (2 days home).

Job Overview
Provide front line support for onboarding, data collection, renewals, certificates tracking, and Day-to-day member servicing for Real Estate clients Property and Casualty insurance programs.

Responsibilities

Support Account Executives as needed

Analyze policy data

Coordinate member onboarding tasks, data intake, and documentation.

Support renewal preparation (schedules, exposure data, follow‑ups, trackers).

Prepare meeting materials (monthly reviews, stewardship decks, action logs).

Maintain service trackers, contact lists, and knowledge bases.

Surface member issues promptly; follow through to resolution.

Requirements

2+ years, Commercial Insurance Agency experience preferred.

Active P&C license or willingness to get one when hired

Bachelor’s degree, Risk Management Preferred

Sagitta and / or other Agency Management System and Image Right preferred.

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

Microsoft Office programs

Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment as well as independently

Project a professional image in action and appearance

Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

Excellent written/verbal communication skills

High level of accountability and flexibility

Ability to work in a fast past environment

Compensation
The national average salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
