Join our team, and help us shape the future of anime!
About The Role

We are building a premium, drop-based e-commerce business designed to create culturally relevant moments, deepen fandom, and deliver differentiated member value. This is not a traditional always-on store.
As Head of E-Commerce, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and P&L for this business. You'll orchestrate merchandising, vendors, marketing, operations, and the site experience to deliver high-quality, high-impact drops that drive excitement, exclusivity, and commercial performance.
A core part of the role is staying ahead of consumer product and apparel trends, translating emerging aesthetics, materials, and cultural signals into compelling drops that resonate with fans and reinforce a premium position.
In the early phase, production will be supported by white-label vendors, while your team retains full ownership of product direction, timelines, quality, brand integrity, and results.
This role requires strong commercial judgment, operational discipline, creative taste, and cultural fluency.
In the role of Head of E-Commerce, you will report to the Executive Vice President, Emerging Business.
We are considering applicants for the location(s) of Los Angeles.
