Be the First Point of Care in Helping Patients Get What They Need
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist I to join our Home Medical Equipment & Infusion team. In this role, you will be an important connection point between patients, providers, and care teamshelping ensure timely access to equipment and services that improve quality of life.

What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and by phone for patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners
Answer incoming calls and provide helpful, professional support in a high-volume environment
Process referrals and service requests from Case Managers, Referral RNs, physicians' offices, ancillary services, and other referral sources
Coordinate and track orders for Home Medical Equipment & Infusion services to ensure timely fulfillment
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and internal departments
Maintain accurate documentation and update systems with patient and order information
Support daily office operations and assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment that supports patient care
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
1+ year of related experience preferred (healthcare, customer service, or office setting)
Additional experience with medical terminology, data entry, or pharmacy processes is a plus
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn
