Marketing & Communications Assistant

Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester or 1 credit hour for Summer semester. Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above. If a first semester student, GPA requirement is waived. If a Student qualifies for Federal Work Study, the Student will be hired as a Federal Work Study employee to utilize these funds.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing and Creative Services team with digital marketing and advertising, event planning, coordination and promotion, campaign reporting and advertising promotions. Gain experience and insight in the world of marketing and advertising. Hours are flexible, but may on occasion require attendance at events outside of normal business hours.
Assist with lead generation and producing reports.
Help create marketing emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Help create and send marketing text messages in Signal Vine.
Assist in promoting campus events and communications to various audiences

external and internal.
Assist in maintaining image database including key-wording photography and graphic imagery into the College's digital assent management system.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education

THIS IS A STUDENT JOB.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester or 1 credit hour for Summer semester.
Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above.

Experience

Business or marketing major a plus

Working Conditions:

This student position does not require pre-employment testing.
Work Schedule: Maximum 10 hrs per week.
Pay Rate:

Student Rate 1 - $15.00 per hour
