Key responsibilities
Manage a diverse roster of creators and talent, focusing on their career development
Collaborate with dedicated teams including Account Managers and Content Strategists to support talent success
Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and creators
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field
An existing network across brands, agencies, and creators
Strong commercial instincts and a drive to meet sales goals
A deep understanding of the creator economy and digital culture
Experience in reviewing or negotiating contracts
