Director of Talent

For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Talent to join the team in the Information Technology space. You’ll help build and support a team where people can do their best work in a competitive Information Technology talent market. You’ll partner with leaders and employees on hiring, development, engagement, and day-to-day people operations. Location: New York, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually.
Responsibilities

Build and scale the recruiting function to meet hiring goals across all departments
Establish clear hiring targets and track progress using actionable data
Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent
Audit and enhance interview processes for consistency and efficiency
Lead executive searches and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent
Develop collaborative partnerships with recruiting agencies to align with company culture
Monitor talent market trends and ensure brand alignment with high-caliber candidates
Qualifications

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years leading in-house teams in high-growth startups
Strong strategic and operational thinking with meticulous attention to detail
Proven success in designing and delivering hiring strategies for fast-scaling SaaS companies
Deep knowledge of recruiting metrics, ATS systems, and process improvement through data analysis
Experience filling executive-level and C-suite positions
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Willing to work in-person at the Manhattan office five days a week
