Director of Talent

Leading the Talent department remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Talent will manage sourcing, vetting, contracting, and placing independent contractors while driving a high-performing team to exceed contractor supply and quality goals.
Key responsibilities

Set vision and strategy for the Talent team, advising executive leadership on workforce and contractor supply planning
Oversee sourcing and lead generation to maintain a strong contractor pipeline and ensure compliance with employment laws
Partner with the CFO on the Talent department budget and investment decisions, aligning long-term priorities with the company's people strategy

Required qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in the staffing industry or a large talent-acquisition department
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Proven success managing contractor relations, legal escalations, and compliance
Experience in multi-vertical or high-growth placement operations
Preferred certifications include SHRM certification or ASA Certified Staffing Professional (CSP)
