We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented

Product Developer

to lead the product development process from design handoff through production. This is an exciting opportunity to partner cross‑functionally with Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, Production, and global manufacturing partners to bring high‑quality womenswear products to market.

What You’ll Do

Manage product development calendars, milestones, samples, and approvals across seasonal collections.

Partner with Design, Technical Design, and Production on fabrics, trims, construction, fit, costing, and production readiness.

Coordinate with overseas vendors and factories to manage timelines, resolve issues, and ensure development deliverables are completed on time.

Support fabric and trim sourcing, custom color development, testing, BOM updates, and sample management.

Identify risks related to sourcing, construction, cost, quality, and timing, and recommend solutions proactively.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of product development experience within fashion or apparel.

Strong background in garment construction, textiles, sourcing, manufacturing, and costing.

Experience working with overseas factories and global supply chains.

Strong project management, communication, vendor management, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in PLM systems and Microsoft Excel.

Experience with high‑end womenswear construction; denim fabric and wash development is a plus.

This is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity based in Oakland, CA.
