Event Content Creator (Freelance | Per Event)

What You’ll Do
You’ll capture the energy, emotion, and details that make each event memorable through photography and short‑form video.

Responsibilities include capturing:

Event setup and styling details

Guest interactions and candid moments

Speakers and presentations

Entertainment and performances

Branded signage and sponsor activations

Wide venue and crowd atmosphere shots

Vertical content optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok

Following each event, you’ll deliver:

High‑quality raw photo and video files

A curated selection of lightly edited social‑ready assets

You’ll receive a creative brief before each event and will work independently on‑site while blending naturally into the guest experience.

Equipment
A professional camera is preferred but not required. A smartphone capable of capturing high‑quality photo and video (such as an iPhone Pro or equivalent) is perfectly acceptable.

If you own a gimbal or stabilizer, feel free to bring it, though it is not required.

Planned With does not provide equipment, so applicants must bring their own camera or smartphone.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:

Has at least 3 years of event photography, videography, or content creation experience

Has experience covering corporate events, conferences, luxury events, or brand activations

Has a strong eye for composition, storytelling, and capturing authentic moments

Can confidently anticipate key moments without constant direction

Is professional, reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with clients and guests

Can work evenings and weekends as event schedules require

Is based in Houston or Austin, Texas
