About the Role
We are hiring our first Engagement Manager to own client relationships from signed deal to growing partnership. You will be a trusted partner to enterprise clients, running end‑to‑end research engagements and translating our AI‑powered platform into insights that drive real business decisions. This role sets the standard for how we deliver, what great looks like, and how we scale our client service model as we grow.
Responsibilities
Own the full client lifecycle post‑sale: onboarding, study design, delivery, and expansion to ensure fast time‑to‑value.
Run research engagements end‑to‑end: scope studies with clients, configure the platform, review AI‑generated insights, and debrief learnings with client executives.
Act as the trusted advisor for strategic client questions and study design.
Partner closely with GTM on renewals and expansion, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow revenue.
Voice the customer internally, channeling client feedback into product and engineering to shape the roadmap.
Build playbooks, templates, and repeatable motions to scale the client model.
Qualifications
2‑4 years in a leading management consulting firm or a similarly rigorous, client‑facing environment.
Experience with primary consumer research, qualitative or quantitative.
Structured thinker who can take a messy problem, frame it clearly, and design an effective research approach.
Exceptional communicator: writes and presents with clarity and confidence, earning credibility quickly with senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about consumers and insight work as a craft.
High‑ownership operator who drives engagements independently.
Highly organized, able to juggle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Low ego, team player, focused on outcomes over credit.
Fast learner who adapts quickly to new clients, industries, and problem spaces.
Proficient in AI tools to improve research, synthesis, and outputs.
