We're seeking an experienced Sr. Account Director for our Brand Leadership to join our growing team in Houston, Texas
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, lead integrated marketing initiatives, and collaborate with some of the industry's most talented strategists, creatives, media experts, and account professionals. You'll help shape campaigns that make a meaningful impact while driving business growth for nationally recognized brands.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow strategic client relationships while serving as the primary day-to-day contact.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Partner with Brand Strategy, Creative, Media, PR, Social, and Production teams to deliver exceptional work. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth.
- Mentor and develop account team members while fostering a collaborative culture.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of account management experience in an advertising, marketing, or communications agency.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns for consumer brands.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and client presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Passion for multicultural and Hispanic marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
