Virtual Vocations Inc is hiring: Senior Nonclinical Editor in New York

To ensure high-quality standards in document preparation, the full-time Senior Nonclinical Editor will manage the quality control review and submission-ready publishing of nonclinical documents, working remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
Key responsibilities

Perform internal document quality control reviews to ensure compliance with style guides and submission standards
Copyedit, proofread, and format documents for grammar, style, and internal consistency
Assist with clinical document quality control and publishing tasks as needed to meet submission timelines

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Basic Science, Business, or a related field, with 4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or 8+ years in a related discipline
Strong knowledge of editorial and publishing activities within Clinical Development
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience with Adobe PDF tools for document formatting and submission readiness
Experience using an electronic document management system (EDMS) such as Veeva Vault or SharePoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
