Job Title
On the ground, you are the first contact between a client's dream and the construction of their future home. At Maisons Demeurance, a recognized constructor in the region, you accompany individuals in the realization of their real estate project. You work within a human-sized group, in direct contact with the design office. Your daily routine alternates between commercial development and client support. You identify new constructible land, exchange with property owners, and turn opportunities into successful construction projects.
Your main duties:
- Prospect new constructible land in your area
- Develop a network of business bringers and local partners
- Identify and qualify projects from the first client contact
- Design, with the design office, personalized house plans
- Argue and present adapted commercial offers
- Create the project of life with clients
- Follow up on files until the opening of the construction site
- Participate in the life of the agency and share feedback from the field
This position requires a strong presence on the ground, attentive listening, and a strong sense of results. You work independently while benefiting from the support of an involved technical and administrative team.

Previous experience in real estate sales or in a technical environment related to construction would be an asset for this position.
