We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support employer branding, recruitment marketing campaigns, content creation, and talent-attraction projects.
In this role, you will support the Recruitment Marketing team within Global Talent Acquisition. You will help bring our employer brand and employer value proposition to life in the marketplace, both internally and externally, through content creation, campaign coordination, employee advocacy support, digital marketing activities, and talent acquisition projects.
Responsibilities Support the creation, curation, and development of candidate- and employee-centric content, including writing copy, gathering employee stories, coordinating visuals, and assisting with video content for internal and external media and communications.
Assist with the coordination and execution of brand activation and recruitment marketing campaigns for specific business units, talent pools, and geographic regions across owned, earned, and paid media (e.g., careers site, review sites, programmatic advertising, SEO, and other recruitment marketing platforms).
Support CRM campaign execution by helping build and update email marketing campaigns, career event communications, landing pages, and candidate engagement materials for regional or business unit needs.
Help support online communities (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other channels) by scheduling and sharing content, monitoring engagement, responding or routing comments and questions, and summarizing basic performance trends.
Assist with employee advocacy and brand ambassador initiatives by helping manage program materials, updating toolkits, supporting training logistics, coordinating workshops, and encouraging adoption of approved technology platforms.
Coordinate recruitment marketing projects in partnership with the recruiting team by tracking timelines, organizing deliverables, following up on action items, and supporting the implementation of marketing solutions.
Assist in developing and updating user guides, training materials, presentation decks, and resource documents for recruiters.
Support the use of CRM email campaigns, landing pages, video tools (e.g., WeVideo), and other recruitment marketing platforms by updating assets, organizing content, and providing basic user support.
Support the development of inclusive recruitment marketing content and assist with regional enterprise initiatives, partnerships, and campaign needs.
Compile and organize regional performance data across talent acquisition, media, CRM, and Google Analytics to support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media, content creation, or project coordination. Internship, co-op, campus organization, volunteer, or academic project experience may be considered.
Experience supporting or coordinating multi-channel marketing or recruitment marketing campaigns; exposure to CRM tools, email marketing, SEO, social media, content management systems, or other marketing technologies is preferred.
Creative with strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and experience creating graphics, presentations, or content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience; 1–3 years of related experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications; project coordination experience is helpful.
Familiarity with or ability to learn platforms such as social media management, email marketing, CRM, CMS, employee advocacy, and marketing tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Sociable, Bambu, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video production tools).
