The Associate Digital Media Manager plays a key role in the day‑to‑day execution and project management of Roundel media campaigns, supporting everything from proposal development to performance reporting. You’ll develop deep familiarity with Roundel’s products and processes while building strong internal and external working relationships.
The desired candidate has 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or media who is ready to take ownership of campaign coordination and client support across a dynamic portfolio of brand partners.
Responsibilities

Support the day‑to‑day management of digital media campaigns across a portfolio of brand partners, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and campaign details are tracked and communicated accurately.
Assist in building client‑facing materials including campaign proposals, performance recaps, and strategic presentations.
Coordinate between brand partners and internal/external teams — including Roundel contacts, ad ops, and analytics — to keep campaigns on track from kickoff through reporting.
Pull and organize campaign performance data to support insights and optimization recommendations.
Maintain organized records of budgets, flight dates, creative specs, and campaign statuses across multiple accounts simultaneously.
Learn and develop fluency in Roundel’s product offerings, audience capabilities, and measurement tools to support senior team members in client conversations.
Proactively flag issues or timeline risks and follow through on action items to resolution.
Collect and submit current and new item online content in Content Pipeline. Content includes images, copy, size charts, labels, videos, etc.
Educate vendors on Bazaarvoice by helping them create an account and reviewing with them how to answer questions, generate reviews, etc.
Submit item flats to IRI/Circana.
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or a related field — agency or media‑side experience a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines at once.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfort working in campaign management or reporting tools.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for both internal coordination and client‑facing support.
Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset — someone who flags issues early and follows through on action items.
Curiosity about the retail media and digital advertising space, with a willingness to learn quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
