Rotor Clip is expanding and our Fort Worth, TX location is seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist to join our team immediately. The role supports customers by handling product and order inquiries, becoming a product expert, and resolving issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Monday–Friday schedule. Responsibilities include prompt responses, accurate information via multiple channels, and maintaining meticulous records.
