Global Talent Management Leader

Invesco Ltd. in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Management to lead enterprise-wide talent review, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
You will partner with the Global Head of Talent Management and HR leaders to design scalable processes across a global matrixed organization. You will translate data into insights with People Insights and HR Analytics, drive training and coaching, and collaborate with Workday Talent modules to enable effective talent decisions.
